At Arogya Angadi, we value your satisfaction and trust in our traditional and herbal products. However, due to the nature of our items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. 

We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety concerns. 

Returns or exchanges are only permitted in the following cases: 
- The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order. 
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. Kindly provide clear photos or video proof of the issue along with your order details by contacting our support team. 

All return or exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Upon approval, we will offer either a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable. 

Please note: 
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and sealed. 
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated during the process. 
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
